Dear Sir/Madam,

We are a military family. We lived in Hawaii (Oahu) for 2 years and now we had to move to Germany. I've been here for about 1 year and I have yet to find a good Indian restaurant. We used to get food from your restaurant (at the NEX) all the time. My husband particularly loved the chicken curry platter with the rice, vegetable (masala?) and the salad. He keeps telling me how he misses your food all the time. I think he mentions your food at least once a week.

I have looked for the recipe for the salad your make everywhere but could not find a similar recipe for the dressing you make. The same for the vegetable dish. Is there any chance you could share that recipe with me. I would really like to cook it for my husband (of course I already know he'll say that it is not as good as yours but I am hoping to get a close send place for it..

Is there any chance you would be willing to share the 2 recipes with me? I have spent endless hours on the internet and in the kitchen trying various concoctions but it is not the same. Please take pity on me and let me know how you do it. I would really appreciate it.

I am not sure how authentic this dish is, but I wanted to know if you served it at your restaurant. When I went to New Zealand, I was fed something called buttered chicken & bread. I know it was a curry dish and do not know why they called it buttered chicken but it was so good. I am looking for a place where I can eat this so bad.
