Here is A PREVIEW OF the Buffet menu:

Pineapple Curry Chicken - chicken basking in a sea of pineapple dreams

Fiery Pork Vindaloo - not for the faint of heart!

Spinach Chicken Korma - lightly spiced but very nice, served over rice, spinach is good for you!

Coconut Cabbage - Stewed sweet cabbage with onions, garlic, diced green bell pepper, curry leaves
and coconut milk. Turmeric is very healthy for you!

Chana Masala - Chic peas stir fried with onions, tomatoes, and bell peppers, seasoned with mustard
seeds and coriander . AKA Garbanzo bean heaven.

Evil Spicy Eggplant - Eggplant stir-fried with onions, garlic and ground dried chilies until reaching a tender spicy level. CAUTION: VERY SPICY , world famous, will make you extra fertile!


Curried Potato - Potatoes slow cooked with cloves and cinnamon in a tasty masala that will blow the spuds off you.

Mushroom Tikka Masala - mushrooms will never be the same, simmered in a creamy sweet sauce.

Spinach Tofu Korma - Tender tofu morsels simmered in a rich creamy spinach sauce with delicate herbs and spices. Popeye's favorite dish.


Okra Curry - Slices of okra delicately simmered in a thick rich vegetarian curry with tamarind
and spices. No sliminess here, just tastiness.

**NEW Curried Pumpkin - delicately spiced with cinnamon and cumin in a sweet coconut curry. Happy Halloween!

Mixed Vegetable Masala - Fresh diced carrots, potatoes, & long beans slow cooked with turmeric, coconut milk, & masala . This harmonious mixture will have you singing all day long.


South Indian Chicken Curry -onions, garlic, ginger, curry leaves, anise star,
cardamom, cinnamon sticks and cloves then slow cooked in a medium spiced red curry sauce. BOOM

Butter Chicken Masala - marinated in yogurt, lemon juice and herbs then slow cooked in a sweet tomato and cream curry sauce. The most famous dish in England for a reason.


Raita Salad - yogurt and cucumber salad to cool your soul.

Fresh Green Salad - fresh , green and good for you. great balance.

Mint Chutney - tomato and mint side that will excite your mood.
